Mr. Ernie Murphy
Funeral services for Mr. Ernie Murphy, age 86 of Hillsboro will be conducted at 9am, Sunday, September 14 at the Manchester Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Anderson and Bro Billy Robison officiating.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the Murphy family will be from 4pm until 8pm, Saturday at Manchester Funeral Home.  Mr. Murphy passed away Thursday evening at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Mr. Murphy was born in Hillsboro, Tennessee the son of the late Sam Porter Murphy and Daisy Hutcheson Murphy.  He was a carpenter and farmer most of his life and was a member of the Pelham Church of Christ.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Murphy was also preceded in death by his first wife, Mrs. Eloise Myers Murphy who died in 1997 and by 9 brothers and sisters.  Mr. Murphy is survived by: His wife and best fishing partner- Mrs. Annie Lee Thomas Murphy of HillsboroArrangements by MANCHESTER FUNERAL HOME www.manchesterfuneralhome.com
